1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VoiceScribe AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Shareef Studios ("we," "our," or "us"). We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

VoiceScribe AI is a mobile application that converts voice recordings into professionally formatted documents using artificial intelligence. The App supports English, German, and Arabic and can generate various document types including emails, meeting notes, reports, and more.

Free Tier

• 5 recordings per day (plus 2 bonus recordings via optional ad viewing)
• Maximum 2-minute recording duration
• Access to Email, Meeting Notes, and To-Do List document types
• Ads displayed within the App

Pro Subscription

• Unlimited recordings
• Up to 30-minute recording duration
• Access to all document types including Report, Cover Letter, Social Post, Summary, and Presentation
• PDF and Word export
• No advertisements
• Priority AI processing

3. Subscriptions and Payments

VoiceScribe Pro is offered as a subscription through the Google Play Store at €9.99/month. Subscription details:

• A 7-day free trial is available for first-time subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VoiceScribe AI only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the App to generate harmful, threatening, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or services.
• Circumvent any usage limits or technical restrictions.
• Record conversations without the consent of all parties, where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The VoiceScribe AI app, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Shareef Studios. You retain ownership of any content you create using the App (your documents and recordings).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and professional productivity purposes.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of VoiceScribe AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Voice recordings are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.
• Generated documents are stored only on your device.
• We use third-party services (Groq API, Google AdMob, Google Analytics) as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-Generated Content

VoiceScribe AI uses artificial intelligence to transform your speech into formatted documents. Please note:

• AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated documents before use.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
• You are responsible for the final content of any documents you send or publish.

8. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep VoiceScribe AI available and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.
• Release updates that may change functionality.
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shareef Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
