Common solutions to frequent issues.
🎤 Microphone not working
Go to Android Settings → Apps → VoiceScribe → Permissions and make sure Microphone is set to "Allow".
📡 "No internet" error
AI processing requires internet. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data. Your recording is saved and will auto-retry when online.
💳 Cancel subscription
Open Google Play Store → Subscriptions → VoiceScribe AI → Cancel. Access continues until the billing period ends.
🔄 Restore purchase
Open VoiceScribe → Settings → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed into the same Google account used to subscribe.
📱 App crashes
Try clearing the app cache: Settings → Apps → VoiceScribe → Storage → Clear Cache. If that doesn't work, reinstall the app.
🌐 Wrong language output
Make sure you've selected the correct language before recording. The language setting is on the main recording screen. More in FAQ →
